‘Data Controller’
A natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary to deal with Jaakko-Tuote Oy’s services for the following purposes:

Contractual Obligation

As a rule, personal data is collected directly from you, for example, when you place an order or when you do business with our staff.

The purpose of the processing determines what kind of information we collect at any given time and for what purpose. We will process your personal data as mentioned below only on lawful grounds:

In addition, the name and business ID of the company as well as the names and roles of persons related to the corporate customer relationship are collected from the corporate customer
